Bonnie Jones: The Brunswick wreck train (tool cars) would go anywhere between Baltimore and Cumberland to clean/clear derailed train cars from the tracks. Years ago, train wrecks and derailed cars were a frequent occurrence. George Heffner later became the Wreck Master. Roland Heffner, my father, also worked on the wreck crew.
