(Fast Eddie's gas station and convenience store taking shape in 1982. The historic Foster house on W. Potomac Street and Jordan House on Maryland Avenue above the station create an L-shaped perimeter that remains today. Fast Eddie's operated at this location until the 1990s and was known for it's delicious fried chicken and potato wedges. Summary
