Summary

Young Roby Morsberger gets a push from his grandmother Nellie Roby at the bottom of 3rd Avenue in the early 1950s. His grandfather Tete Roby's Hupmobile sits proudly behind left in front of the Roby home.

Mrs. Roby was a the first woman elected to public office in Frederick County when she won a seat on the Brunswick City Council in the '50s.
