(A batter attempts to lay down a bunt in the Brunswick Old Timers game held at old Scheer Stadium off Rt. 464 sometime in the 1940s. Note the spectators and cars up on the hill. You could just drive in, park and watch a ballgame, as the playing field seemed to sit down in a hole. The field was located on the present site of the BHS football and lacrosse fields. Summary

A batter attempts to lay down a bunt in the Brunswick Old Timers game held at old Scheer Stadium off Rt. 464 sometime in the 1940s. Note the spectators and cars up on the hill. You could just drive in, park and watch a ballgame, as the playing field seemed to sit down in a hole.

The field was located on the present site of the BHS football and lacrosse fields.
