(Summer fun in the late 1930s. From left are brothers Danny and David Lutman, Bill Wenner and Ginny Van Pelt. Bill and Ginny were first cousins and lifelong friends. According to Donna Reeser Inskeep: "This is the falls at Fishing Creek near Mountaindale. Frederick Co reservoir is the water (lake) behind them that forms a play area where the children are standing. Then the water continues down to form the falls. Summary
