A Street. The church building is a modified English Gothic style with exceptionally beautiful stained glass windows. Similar church buildings made from local fieldstones are common in Anglican congregations in both the United States and Great Britain. Notice the saddle shoes on the boy. The photo must have been taken around Eastertime, as those appear to be Easter bonnets in the Kaplon's display window above the boy. The event was held at the Ambulance Company building on W. Potomac Street.
