A farm that was passed down several generations, George Maynard Eagle (1892-1975) was the final family owner. The property goes back to M.H. Fout, who owned the land in the 1873 map of Petersville District No. 13. The farm extended and abuts to the present-day Othello Park at Petersville. In 2020, Brylawski paid $3M for the parcel.
