Doris Kelley Barker Peter, I was 6(7)? and I remember well standing with my parents at the square corner and the water was almost up to Potomac Street. In my PapPap’s basement when you opened the door from the kitchen, I saw the water almost up to his kitchen; it frightened me to see that. My dad had to hold Pap Kelley from trying to go down there.
