Summary

A view up Delaware Avenue from W. Potomac Street. See the old Fire Hall in the middle of the block on the left hand side. Recognize the houses?

James S. Bennett Sr. The House way up was the Snoots' house, Fire hall, white House on the bottom was the Mr Sherman Lowrys house, across the street was the Hardware store S.W.George’s.

Dale Baker The fire hall was used by the Masonic lodge then.

JoEllen Morsberger Fisher On the right was my Great grandparents home. My great grandmother Barbara Ellen Eckard Roby died in 1964, the house sold at auction after her death.

Jeana Fawley Harmon The (Bruce) Porters lived here before they moved up on West B Street. We lived “down the alley” in the back and used to come down and play with Michele all the time in the late 60’s/ very early 70’s!
