Summary
This is an old postcard of what many of us remember as the roller skating rink. Skating was on the 2nd floor and a bowling alley was in the basement.
According James Nee:
"The skating was done in the Casino. In the 1900 or so era, Casino was a large open hall. It may have also been (used) for dancing, parties, dinners, and games."
A lot of these vintage postcards date back to the early 1900s. The Casino was built in 1909.
