brake clubs, was the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad. They didn't care about the lead from the torpedoes, other th~n it was risky walking along the tracks to get it. And they probably knew, but turned their head, about the shovels and brake clubs; after all, these things broke or wore out and needed replace-
