A report from A. W. Stake General Supervisor dated this day was read referring to the general condition of the canal.

After consideration on the motion it was

resolved that the permission to build a storehouse on the land of the company at Berlin be granted.

That said building shall be

erected on the west side of the street at a place selected by the Gen. Sup.

Resolved the C. F. Wenner be permitted if he shall so

desire to put an additional building in the front of his present storehouse at Berlin to be constructed under the direction of the Gen. Sup.
