A letter from C. F. Wenner dated the 21 Nov. was read complaining of the privilege granted to J. L. Jordon to build a storehouse at Berlin as interfering with his business. Mr. Wenner also appeared before the Board and made further explanations on the subject. A motion to refer the problem to the Gen. Sup. was made and approved to examine and report upon the problem at the meeting of the Board tomorrow.
