Blincoe said report of division is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the

County Court of said County in Liber 5 G'S folio 75 to which reference

is here made for a more particular description.

And the said Samuel

TI1'omas Cay'?l covenants that he will warrant giri'tfo:ny �he property hereby conveyed, that he has the right to co�th.e same to the· grantee,that the grantee shall have quiet possession thereof free from all incumbrances

and that he will execute such further asuurances of the same as may be

requisite.
