By virtue of a Warrant granted out of his Lordships Land Office of Land, I have surveyed for the aforesaid John WillCOX all that tract of Land called Coxions Rest lying in Prince Georges County beginning at a bounded Spanish Oak standing on the bank of Potomack River near half a mile below Abraham Peningtons Cabin and running 1.thence North eighty two degrees ____ one hundred and thirty perches

3.north sixty-one degrees westerly, two hundred and ____ perches

4.north seventy-five degrees westerly one hundred and sixty--- perches

5.south seventy degrees westerly ______ perches
