cause and be forfeited and I do give and bequeath his or her portion legacy or devise to such of my residerary legatees who do not prefer any claim account suit and action or just against my estate. I give and bequeath to my sister Mary Sue Miller and her heirs and assigns forever one hundred and sixty (160) acres of my land lying in the state of Missouri on which she now resides to be appraised by appraisers at a fair calculation and to be considered as that much of her portion of my estate. I give and devise to my sister Margarett Lockand and her heirs and assigns forever the residue of my land in the state of missouri containing in wood land one hundred and sixty (160) acres of land more or less at a fair valuation by appraisement by appraisers to be considered as that much of the portion of my estate. I give and bequeath to� my nephew Jonathan A. Wenner his heirs and assigns for the term of ten years my Sycamore Hill Farm, where I now reside containing one hundred and fifty four (154) acres of land and also the Deaver Farm for the term of ten years containing one hundred and thirty (130) acres of land more or less. To have the same at terms of rent for less than customary rents to be decided by my Executors. I give and bequeath to the Missionary Institute located at Selleus Grove Lutheran College, Snyder County, Pennsylvania five hundred dollars to be placed in the hands of the Treasurer and invested to the charity of the Institution. I give and bequeath to my nephew Joseph Hauver Waltman Twenty five hundred dollars to be placed in the hands of Ezra Brandenberg who shall be his lawful guardian to invest the same in some safe investment the interest therefor to by annually applied to his support. I give and bequeath to Caroline Hardy (Col xx) her heirs or assigns two hundred dollars for the purpose of assisting her to pay for her house and lot. I give and bequeath to my nephew William Wenner his heirs or assigns five hundred dollars to be paid him or his heirs or assigns by my Executors. I give and bequeath to my brother in law William W. Wenner his heirs or assigns fifteen hundred dollars to be paid him or his heirs or assigns by my Executors. I give and bequeath to my cousin John Everhart his heirs or assigns twenty five hundred dollars to be paid him or his heirs or assigns by my Executors. 2
