I hereby condition that at the expiration of ten years at
which time my Sycamore Farm and my Deaver Farm will revert back to my estate shall be sold at public or private sale as my Executors shall deem best. The rent of the said above two farms to be annually collected and the proceeds placed to my estate by my Executors. I hereby condition that in case of the death of either Joseph Hauver Waltman or Annie Wenner my nephew and niece either not having any heirs, then the same respectfully above named is to revert back to my estate but in case of either having heirs the respective portion to go to their heirs. I give up and release to my nephew John Jacob Wenner my claim against heir by note, with his father and as security for the same of three hundred and fifty dollars more or less. To my sister Mary Sue Miller one fifth part of my residuary estate. To my sister Margarett Lockard one fifth part of my residuary estate. To my sister Susan Wenner one fifth part of my residuary estate. To my nephew Mortimer S. Wenner and to my nephew Jonathan A. Wenner and my niece Margarett Brandenberg one fifth part of my residuary estate to be equally divided after deducting fifteen hundred dollars given to my niece Annie Wenner. But in case of the death of Annie Wenner my niece without heirs then the said respective said to revert back to Mortimer s. Wenner, Jonathan A. Wenner and Margarette Brandenberg equally. And lastly I do constitute and appoint my brother in law William W. Wenner and my nephew Mortimer S. Wenner to be my sole Executors of this my last will hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In testimony whereof. I Joseph Waltman do hereby and hereunto subscribe my name and affix my seal this eleventh day of June in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and seventy. Signed sealed published and declared by Joseph Waltman the above named Testator in our presence as and for his last will and testament who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each of us have signed our names as witnesses hereto. 3
