Maryland, Frederick County to wit:
On this 29th day of June 1870 came William W. Wenner and Mortimer S. Wenner and made oath on the Holy Evangel of Almighty God that the afore going instrument of writing is the true and whole will and testament of Joseph Waltman late of Frederick County deceased, that has come to their hands and possession, that they received the same through Susan A. Wenner who received it from the Testator for safe keeping and that he does not know of any other of a later date.
