then with the river north seventy degrees west twelve perches to a bounded Ash Tree the beginning tree of a tract of land called Merryland belonging to Col John Coville of Virginia then with the given line of said land reverst north fifty six degrees and an half degrees east twenty three perches to the end of the thirty second course of the said land called Merryland being a north west corner of said land then with the said corner called Merryland south east twenty perches then with the said land reverst south east by east sixty perches then with the said land reverst south fifty one degrees east nine perches intersect the sixth course of a tract of land called Pains Delight originally surveyed for W. John Abbington it being a south west by west line of the said land with the said land south west by west three perches to the end of the south course of land then with the said land north nineteen perches then with the said land south twenty eight degrees east forty perches then with the said land south sixteen degrees east twenty six perches then with the said land south twenty one degrees east twenty six perches then with the said land south thirty degrees east sixteen perches then with the said land south forty two degrees east sixty perches then with the said land south fifty degrees east thirty perches then with the said land fifty nine degrees east eighteen perches then with the said land south seventy degrees east sixteen perches then with the said land north seventy one degrees and a half degree east thirty two perches to a bounded Oak Tree beginning tree of the said Pains Delight then with the said land north thirty three perches then south fifty degrees east
