Loudoun County to wit: On the motion of Jacob Waltman, It is ordered that John White, Elisha Janning, James Roach and David Lovett or any three of them being first qualified, do view the most convenient way for opening a road from Hillsborough to Berlin Ferry and report to the Court the conveniences and inconveniences that will result as fair to the public as individuals.
