from a marked Hickory Tree and which stands at the end of the

twelfth line of said original called Coxens Rest as the same was heretofore established by the verdict of a jury in a certain cause tried in the Frederick County Court in which the end of said Twelfth line was a _____ material, and in issue then leaving said branch and running with the thirteenth line of Coxens rest south seventy four degrees past one hundred and fifteen and a half perches to a stone now planted at the end of the said thirteenth line of Coxens Rest then by and with the fourteenth line of said tract called Coxens Rest south sixty nine degrees and thirty six minutes east one hundred and seven and two tenths perches to the south end of the dividing line between lots No.18 and No. 19 two lots or parts of the original tract called The Resurvey on Maryland then by and with said dividing line north fifteen and three quarters degrees east one hundred and one perches to intersect the end of the fifth line of that part of the aforesaid original tract called The Resurvey of Maryland which was an or about the seventh day of August in the year seventeen hundred and eighty four, sold by a certain Thomas Gantt,Jr. to Jerimia Belt (the 3rd) and which is mentioned in a land of conveyance given by the former to the latter and having date the day and year last aforesaid, also contained as therein specified the quantity of two hundred and fifty acres of land then with the fifth line of said parcel of land included in said land resurvey south seventy degrees east one hundred and fifty six and a half perches to a stake standing at the end of the south line of said parcel of two hundred and forty acres and which is also at the end of the seventh line of the piece or parcel of land (part of said tract called The Resurvey of Maryland and another tract called Hawkins Merry Peep A Day) mentioned in another land of conveyance bearing date the day and year last aforesaid from said Gantt and Belt, for four hundred and four acres of land then with the said last mentioned seventh line of said last mentioned piece or parcel of land reversed south twenty two degrees west sixty seven and six tenth perches to a stone near a Poplar Tree then north sixty nine and a quarter degrees west forty seven and a half perches to a large stone formerly planted on the north west corner of Berlin then south eleven degrees west sixty five and a quarter perches to the first mentioned beginning stone containing the quantity of one hundred and sixty two and three fourths acres of land more or less, together with all right members and apprutenances thereunto belonging and all easements and hereditaments whatsoever there with connected or therewith commonly had used or exorcised of right, to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land hereby intended to be conveyed and premises with the appurtenances and all easements and hereditaments as aforesaid to the said Joseph Waltman his heirs and assigns forever to his and their only proper use and behalf and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Emerentiene V. Corbaley for herself her heirs executors and administrators doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Joseph Waltman his heirs and assigns that she the said Emerinliene V, Corbaley and her heirs the aforesaid piece or parcel of land and p1·emises will
