Here they are leading the troop as Flag Bearers, circa 1959 or '60 on W. Potomac Street at the corner pf N. Virginia Avenue. Flanking them on the left and right are Cindy Porter and Linda Sell. Potomac Street and Jordan House on Maryland Avenue above the station create an L-shaped perimeter that remains today. Fast Eddie's operated at this location until the 1990s and was known for it's delicious fried chicken and potato wedges.
